What they don’t teach you in MassCom classes – Defamation Suits

It is not uncommon to see defamation suits filed against journalists. Recently we saw MJ Akbar filing a defamation case against a journalist Priya Ramani and Alok Nath filing a similar case against Vinita Nanda.
